Hello, I’m Karim Ghaddar, and in 2021, I founded Cedrus Agency. I never planned to start a marketing agency, especially after hearing countless business owners share horror stories of agencies that overpromised and underdelivered. But I think those frustrations are what inspired me to start one. I saw an opportunity to do things differently, building an agency grounded in honesty and hard work to deliver real, transformative results.
Two challenges shaped our early journey.
In the beginning, I worked with online businesses across various industries, spreading myself too thin and niche-focused competitors consistently outperformed us, they ranked higher and won more clients. Finally, I decided to narrow our focus into HVAC only, allowing us to hone our strategies and deliver deeper impact and greater satisfaction in our work.
Over time, clients began sharing how our marketing helped turned their struggling businesses into local leaders. These transformations were powerful. They showed me the real value of marketing, and they fueled my passion for driving measurable outcomes.
My background in computer engineering gives us a technical edge. We’re obsessed with data-driven results: increasing phone calls, boosting your bottom line, and driving real action. If a website isn’t delivering those, we don’t waste time.
